  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery takes 15-25 business days, depending on customs clearance and local logistics schedules. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Cost


  • Free Shipping: Orders over $149 qualify for free worldwide shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $19.90 applies to orders under $149, calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Remote locations or oversized items may incur additional fees. Please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

3. Customs & Duties


  • All prices listed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking & Damage Protection


  • A full tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.
  • All artworks are carefully packaged for transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
